What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in design roles, preferably within the fintech, financial services industry, or within a SAAS application.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial technologies, including payments, digital banking, investment platforms, or similar domains.
  • A passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and driving results in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
  • Experience with full system re-designs using agile methodology.
